From growing , developing, failing, succeeding , experiencing, learning and listening to profound speakers and teachers throughout my life, I have developed Five Life Essentials. These Five keys have worked for me and I love sharing what I have learned over the years. My natural gifts are teaching and coaching. I've developed significant skills in my career/ calling as a social worker. My spiritual gifts are I'm an encourager a healer, not in a traditional sense as a doctor, but people come to me to let go of past hurts to shed the old life and start new beginnings. I assist them with identifying their gifts, and watch them blossom from the caterpillar to the butterfly it's an awesome experience for them and me as well. Hopefully these five keys will be helpful to you.

The 5 Keys for life that I have developed over time are.

1) Believe In God

2) Believe in Yourself

3) Find Your Purpose

4) Find Your Gift/Develop Your Gift

5) Present It To The World

We will start with the first key believing in God, the real benefit package.

Belief is a powerful thing. Believing can create worlds of anxiety, frustration and fear, or faith, hope amazement, relaxation and peace.

I've felt the presence of God for as long as I can remember. My heart always knew there was something so much larger than me. I remembered looking up in the sky as a young child and watching the clouds. I knew a man couldn't make those clouds. Now for the sake of argument there is scientific research and information for almost any and everything. But to tell you the truth, I much prefer to watch a rainbow in it's splendor and know that a man hands had little to do with it.

But I also witnessed God in the natural every day world. My mother was a strong believer she passed away about four years ago. I saw her work hard without complaining, her kindness, fortitude and forgiveness, told my little self that there is a God. She suffered in the early years of my parent's marriage domestic violence from my father who suffered,( our family did not find out until the latter years ) as a war veteran with PTSD. I witnessed her forgiving him over and over again. I saw resiliency , charity, commitment and faith, the unwavering power of unconditional love.

When it was time for me to write my social work analysis. I said my mother was the sun and I was the flower basking in her light. I saw God plainly and clearly in the sky, but walking and speaking in my everyday life through my mother it increased my belief in God.

Developing my relationship with God as I grew into a woman has been powerful. So many times I knew I was in places I wasn't suppose to be that were life threatening, and lived through circumstances of financial hardships and tough times. I know without a doubt it was God's hand, and his tenacious love that sustained, protected and provided for me.

I know for sure people have experienced every day miracles in their lives. Some of us would like to say oh that was a coincidence. Oh that was luck , but how about those words like destiny. How about words like divine intervention and those goose pimples you get when there has been a spiritual encounter with God which superseded everything in the natural realm. Maybe just maybe there is something or someone greater than you guiding you and created you to profoundly touch the lives of people on this earth. If the average person really took inventory of their life they could be specific about the times that they knew that the presence of God intervened, because there was no way they would have survived, or things happened in their favor. Don't get me wrong I do believe in hard work, applying yourself and being diligent. But accepting, establishing and knowing that there is a power so great and so personal that actually cares so deeply about us in it's pure thought can be overwhelming. But I for one tap into, mediate upon, pray and utilize God's power daily . He is my first and last, my everything!
