Joy who can explain it! What brings a person joy is so personal and diverse, there are no recipes or instructions. The thing that brings you joy could be huge over the top, but also something that many might overlook.

One of my favorite things to do during the holiday season is to watch goofy , heartwarming Christmas stories. Some of them are as corny as they come, but some have heart wrenching stories of everyday survival and how the holidays can intensify the sadness.

I love warm almond chocolate milk. It just warms my heart, I drink it when it's really cold outside, wrap up in my favorite blanket and watch my goofy movies. It makes me smile.

Pitteling might not be a word in the dictionary but it's my word which I do every morning. I am an early riser literally I'm up before sunrise. That's my high energy time, I think it would be great if everyone knew this about themselves. The time of day when their energy is at it's highest level. I max out this time to get things done. This is my high creative, prayer and strategy time. Getting up hopping in the shower getting dress and going to work thirty minutes before time to leave would be counter productive for me.

So I made the word pittel to describe what I do. I love it. I turn on my little energy lights, that I use for for burning scented wax and I sit in my living room and just enjoy it. It brings me sheer joy!

Making of the bed is my ritual, I'm up, then stretches, then off to the gym my sanctuary. I pray while I'm walking, I get this surge of well being, and creative ideas. Turning on my favorite gospel, giving my praise and thanks giving it's my time with God. It's a total whole mind, body and spirit experience. So much joy.

Joy is what's fulfilling for you. What absolutely make you giggle should be a mainstay in your life, and do it often. "Weeping may last for a night, but joy cometh in the morning light. "
